MASS was developed for the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission to provide investigators with easy access to stock market activity data and statistics as well as the data mining, charting tools and alerts necessary for the detection of abnormal trading activity. The MASS stack is based on Django, Pandas, Numpy/SciPY and can be interfaced by clients based on Jupyter Notebook.
